This class has been developed after great demand from students who have learnt to make beautiful focal flowers and want fillers to complete their arrangements. During this 2-day class you will learn how to make Sweet Peas, Freesia, cherry/apple blossom, lilac, lavender, hydrangea, 2 types of berries, rose leaves and ivy. I do recommend that you attend this class with prior experience of working with fondant as it will be quite fast paced to ensure that we cover all the skills over the course of 2-days. Day one will focus on forming all of the flowers and fruits and day two will concentrate on dusting, taping and finally a demonstration on how to arrange your sugar flowers. I am so excited to bring you this class as the skills covered are numerous and extremely useful.
