Speckled Egg Cake

This class is a great day out for cake decorators of all levels wanting to know more about buttercream - starting from age 10 to the more worldly wise . You will be shown how to split, level and coat your cake with Italian Meringue Buttercream. After that, you will decorate your cake with a chocolate ‘birds nest’ filled with eggs and a cute chick, finished with a freshly hatched fondant chick. Includes a demonstration on how to make Italian Meringue Buttercream.

Everything supplied for you to use on the day - all you need to bring is an apron and a box to take your cake home in. 

Age 12 upwards  - for this class under 15 years of age must be accompanied by a full fee paying supervising adult so that I can concentrate on teaching and assist all members of the class.
