Fondant Rose

In this short, half day class, you will learn how to create a beautiful open rose, a rose bud and a stem of rose leaves – all from fondant icing. The rose is an absolute must for budding cake decorators wanting to increase their skill base as it’s appearance is requested on 99% of floral cake designs and this easy, 5-petal method is extremely time efficient.

Consider also booking the half day peony class and make a day of it!

I recommend this class for those who have had a little experience at working with fondant. Suitable from age 12 upwards.

Everything is included in the cost, including full class notes – all you need to think about is a small box to take your creations home in.

Kindly note that we do not learn the skills for covering a cake on this class .
