In this short, half day class, you will learn how to create a beautiful frilled peony from fondant icing. Alongside the rose, the peony  is an absolute must for budding cake decorators wanting to increase their skill base as it’s appearance is requested on many floral cake designs and you will be able to make use of the skills learnt for years to come.

Consider also booking the half day rose class and make a day of it!

I recommend this class for those who have had a little experience at working with fondant. Suitable from age 12 upwards.

Everything is included in the cost, including full class notes – all you need to think about is a small box to take your flower home in.

Kindly note that we do not learn the skills for covering a cake on this class .
