Learn how to create a beautiful Faberge Egg to impress your guests on Easter Weekend. Start by carving and trimming the cake, creating your speckled egg mould from chocolate which you will then assemble and present on a fondant fabric swathe and finish with gold painted fondant decorations.
For this class, everything is supplied for you to use on the day, including the Chocolate Cake (Mint Chocolate optional) – all you need to think about is an apron (optional) and a box to take your work home in.
