Contemporary Mermaid

During this class you will learn how to split, level and coat your cakes with ganache before finishing with a ‘watercolour’ top coat. After this you will go on to learn how to use sprinkles creatively, practise the perfect ‘drip’ and form a chocolate sail to adorn the top of your finished creation. To complete the look you will be given a sheet of edible silver leaf to hi-light your gorgeous, watery masterpiece.

Everything is supplied for this class, including your cake, materials and equipment for you to use during the day - all you need to think about is your lunch and a box to take your work home in.
