A real treat for chocolate lovers! Learn how to ganache a square cake before finishing the design with a marbled chocolate bow and ribbons – all totally edible and without the fuss of tempering chocolate** 

** Instructions for tempering chocolate are provided on the class notes.

For this class, everything is supplied, including the chocolate cake – all you need to bring with you on the day is a microwave proof bowl, a box to take your work home in and an apron (optional but highly recommended for this class).

Suitable for age 12 upwards but under 15 years must be accompanied by a full fee paying adult.
