The day starts with a demonstration on making scrumptious Italian Meringue Buttercream before you learn how to fill and coat your cake to a smooth, sharp finish. After this you will learn how to master a patterned scraper to achieve a textured effect to your buttercream before completing the design with piped rosettes and fondant mermaid tails, fish and shells. All completed with the magic of sprinkles and glitter
You will be sent full instructions of what baking is required, including sizes/heights etc but if you would like me to take care of this for you I am happy to do so at a cost of $30 for chocolate or vanilla cake.
