I am so excited to bring this class to you for a second year! Although I will have pre-prepared Italian Meringue Buttercream for you to use on the day I will be giving a demonstration on how to make this – including my tips and tricks as this can be a tricky little lady to master.
First of all you will learn how to coat your two cakes with Italian Meringue Buttercream and create the very ‘on trend’ wavey line effect on the top tier and buttercream ruffles on the bottom tier. Complete the design by creating piped buttercream roses, dahlia and foliage before finishing with a gold edge to your ruffled tier.
Everything is supplied for you to use on the day for this last minute class place, including chocolate cakes - you just need to think about a box to take your creation home in.
