Inspired by the design prints of Kath Kidston, this class is a great day out for cake decorators of all levels.

You will be shown how to split, level and coat your cake with ganache. After that, you will cover your cake with fondant icing to create a smooth, sharp finish and decorate the cake with perfectly spaced dots. In the afternoon you will finish your design with some simple roses, blossom flowers, leaves and modelled strawberries.  

Everything is included in the cost for this class - cake, icing and materials for you to use on the day, all you need to think about is your lunch and a box to take your work home in. 

Suitable for age 12 upwards - kindly note that under 15 years of age must be accompanied by a full fee paying, supervising adult so that I can concentrate on teaching and assist all members of the class
