Taking things right back to scratch with this class where you will simply learn how to ganache a square and a round cake and then ice with fondant to a professional finish. You will need to bring 1 X 6” or 7” square cake and 1 X 6”, 7” or 8” round cake. Chocolate cake recipe can be supplied or you can opt to make your own flavour cake from a recipe you are familiar with.
