Learn how to create a surprise rainbow heart inside your cake before coating to a smooth professional finish with Italian Meringue Buttercream (class includes a demonstration on how to make Italian Meringue Buttercream). We will then create a beautiful gold unicorn horn and ears before assembling the design with rainbow buttercream rosettes glittered sprinkles and glamourous lashes!
You will need to bring 2 X 6” or 7” round cakes (recipe supplied). Everything else supplied for you to use on the day – including pre-baked rainbow layers
